Adults and teens, women’s only class. Here we introduce the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in its essence, giving great importance to the self-defence aspect of this incredible Martial Art. Women will learn how to neutralize their opponents from stand up to the ground positions. Principles of leverage, connection, balance and weight distribution are studied in depth. In addition, the warm up and drills are incredible for wellness and fitness improvements.
